Notes on the location: The Balboa Inn is located on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, CA. It is just behind the pier and next to the boardwalk. On the weekends it is extremely busy and parking is scarce. The inn has limited parking and it is $40 per vehicle.
The newer guest rooms at the inn are very modern and fresh. The older rooms are in the process of being renovated, and should be much nicer soon.
The ceremony area is a very narrow courtyard on the second floor. The reception area takes over the inn's restaurant, and can spill into the courtyard if necessary. The room has very lows ceilings.
