Notes on the venue:

This older estate is tucked away off the main highway and is fairly secluded. However, there is apparently an older woman that lives on the far side of the property that calls the police complaining about the noise every time an event is held here. Most people renting the venue choose to pay her off.

There are several distinct areas of the venue, which makes directing guests interesting. Signs are recommended.

There is the ceremony area near some cabins available for overnight stays, an area near the driveway where this reception was held, a cement slab surrounding a large palm tree that can serve as a dance floor, the pool area and swim-up bar, the tree grove area, the main house, and another smaller pool area and patio behind the house. There is also a tennis court.

It is a charming estate, and with creative decorating could probably look like anything.
