Notes on the venue: Heisler Park is another public park in southern Orange County, also overlooking the ocean on a cliff. It's located behind las Brisas and parking is limited to metered spaces in the neighborhood and on Cliff Drive. The street can be noisy, but for the most part passersby are respectful. The permit for this public park can be obtained through the Orange County Parks and Recreation office.
There is a switchback path that leads down to the beach.
